In order to guarantee an efficient workflow, the Letter of Access can be ordered in the user area under the menu bar “Letter of Access”. Further information will be available there. Please follow the steps:

Login by questionnaire

You have to create an user account. Please fill in the questionnaire with all relevant company data. The data will be used as basic data for different documents such as offers, Letter of Access agreement and the invoicing.

All fields marked with “*” are mandatory to be filled in.

Your data will be sent to COALSTER by clicking “send” at the end of the questionnaire.


Unlock and access to the user area

You will receive an email with a login-link once COALSTER unlocked your account. After the login you have access to your user profile with your company data and a folder with your submitted requests.


Purchase LoA

Under “Letter of Access” more SIEF- and substance specific information are available.

The SIEF information show the cost sharing model used in the SIEF. Further substance specific information are available by selecting the respective substance icon. In the substance menu you can order the Letter of Access by fill in the web form and press “submit”.

When you submit your order you will be forwarded to a menu where you can check and edit your “request”.

By clicking “send request” a binding offer including a Letter of Access agreement will be sent to your “files” in your user profile.

For uploading a signed copy of the Letter of Access agreement you have to click on the respective request. Under “files” you are able to upload documents.

Once COALSTER receives the signed LoA agreement, the order confirmation and the invoice will be send to your user profile. Thereto, you will receive a notification email.

As soon as the invoice is balanced, you will receive the necessary data and information for your registration.

Please note the following advices

  • Fill in your complete data in the questionnaire
  • Consider the options in the web form for the Letter of Access
  • If the selection does not meet your request, please send your request by using the free text field
  • If you wish to opt-out in endpoints, please indicate the information you need for your submission by using the free text field

Payment modalities

The total costs depend on the order you have sent via web form to COALSTER. Basic costs are:

  • Letter of Access
  • LoA Handling Fee for the leading registrant
  • Further optional services can be ordered, if required.
