Procedure of the Registration

Please contact us by using the questionnaire under “create account”. As soon as your account was unlocked you have access to further SIEF specific information and the option to purchase a Letter of Access. Information of the procedure are given under “Information web shop”.

If the general requirements before the registration are fulfilled, you can continue with purchasing the Letter of Access. In order to submit the information for your registration in REACH-IT you can choose between

a) Registration on your own:

If you intend to submit the dossier on your own, the following data will be provided:

  • Token number for the submission of the dossier,
  • IUCLID 6 template for preparing a member dossier,
  • Chemical Safety Report and the Guidance on Save Use

b) Registration service by COALSTER GmbH:

This service includes the following activities:

  • Confirmation of the participation in the Joint Submission in REACH-IT,
  • Creation of the individual member dossier for the Joint Submission based on the IUCLID6 template,
  • Submission of the mandatory-specific registration dossier via REACH-IT,
  • Communication with ECHA.

LoA handling fee

The LoA handling fee in the amount 1.200,00 € has to be paid by each registrant, who submits the registration within the joint submission. This concerns those companies which have registered in the past as well as those who will register in the future. This fee will initially compensate the services which arise in connection with the processing of each individual co-registration now and in the future. This includes, for example: the correspondence, the data capture, the classification and consideration of the company according to tonnage band, company size, the scope of the data to be shared, the creation of offers and invoices, preparation of the contractual basis, transmission of necessary data and documents, settlement of payment transactions…

The LoA handling fee is not a subject to cost share allocation and does not affect the LoA-price.

Registration Fee by ECHA:

The individual pricing depends on the size and the annual turnover of your company. In accordance to Article 2 (2003/361/EC) small and medium-sized enterprises can benefit from reduced fees under REACH. Therefore, companies have to provide the evidence of their correct enterprise size.

This fee has to be paid to ECHA directly by every company on its own.
